Decided to try this one and was actually surprised. Keep in mind that I drink coffee ("weaker"), but I am not your "coffee drinker". Coffee to me, is either good (I prefer it on the "weaker" side) or way to strong - like my "partners in crime" (firefighter medics) prefer it. I enjoy sitting around the table in the mornings or evenings with them and having a cup. I like the fact that I can drink it and not worry about it tearing my stomach up like other high acid coffees. I also like it because it does not interfere with the sleep that I do get. The beet taste, to me, does not overpower the drink.
